David adds, “Part of the Reliability Concierge program includes advanced reporting. These reports are typically customized to the specific needs and goals of the customer. Often an aspect of those goals is following up on the correction of abnormal conditions revealed by testing. Left unchecked, those anomalies will lead to equipment failure and production downtime.”
The advanced reports David refers to can be automatically communicated across multiple layers of a partner company to ensure that transparency and consistent standards are integrated into their M&R workflows. This drives correction of the abnormal conditions. It also initiates sharing of critical information that would otherwise go documented or become siloed.
Eurofins TestOil’s Reliability Concierge program determines and accommodates the unique needs of each customer through high level discussion that articulates goals and the plan and tools necessary to accomplish them.
“Some customers are very data focused and require only a daily data file for their analytics; their needs are more in administration, logistics, and training at the site level,” David says. “Others do not have internal data analytics capabilities and for them we have built various dashboards and reports to help gain insights into their oil analysis data and M&R practices. In addition, some customers engage the TestOil PRO Field Services team to perform some or all of their sampling. Other customers prefer more interaction with management and corporate teams through routine training and audits at the site level in order to increase the skills of site teams.”
