The KPIs in the Schedule Compliancy report let plant management know, at a glance, whether or not the oil analysis report recommendations are being followed up on and whether test results are improving over time.
“The purpose of a KPI is to drive behavior, but it has to fit the system that the customer already has,” David says. “Every business is a little bit different. Knowing this, we can take information from the DataSight reports and customize it per customer requirements.”
One of the many benefits of the Schedule Compliancy report is that it streamlines operations. “Everyone in the world is short-staffed,” David adds. “This improves efficiency by keeping employees focused on what matters to prevent equipment failures.”
