COMPREHENSIVE OIL ANALYSIS TRAINING

Choosing this course strengthens lubrication and maintenance skills by elevating reliability and maintenance personnel to a higher level of competency. This course is designed for all levels of personnel involved in the lubrication program and is ideal for PdM Technicians, Plant Managers, Reliability Engineers, Reliability Technicians, and Service Technicians that want a well-rounded education in lubrication.

This course review also meets the formal training requirement needed to challenge level I ICML and STLE exams for those that are interested in obtaining certification, but challenging an exam is by no means necessary to reap benefits from the course material. Every topic in the body of knowledge for the ICML MLA I, ICML MLT I, and STLE OMA I certifications are reviewed to prepare attendees interested in challenging one or more of the exams.

CERTIFIED LUBRICATION SPECIALIST (CLS)

Lubrication is a key component to achieve machine reliability in every industry. Obtaining your CLS indicates not only that you possess current knowledge of lubrication theory, but also have autonomy and mastery in your craft.

This course is designed to prepare attendees for the Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) certification exam offered through the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE). The training is designed for personnel whose core responsibilities may include conducting lube surveys, evaluating lubricants for use, problem solves lubrication issues, among other duties. Successful certification requires a base knowledge of on-the-job experience, self-study, and training.

MACHINERY LUBRICATION TECHNICIAN I

Machinery Lubrication Technician or MLT-I course is a two-day course covering the body of knowledge for the ICML MLT-I certification exam. Taking the exam is not a requirement of the course and those not seeking certification still get the benefit of the knowledge from the course. The MLT-I course is great for Lube Technicians, Reliability Engineers, or anyone involved with the lubrication program to learn lubrication best practices.

LEVEL II MACHINERY LUBRICATION TECHNICIAN (MLT)

This training was designed for those who are currently a certified machinery lubrication technicians and are ready to take the next step to attain the level two certification.
This course reviews every topic in the body of knowledge, from maintenance strategy to lubricant application, to prepare attendees for the ICML MLT II exam.
Requirements for the exam include:

• Hold Level I Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT I) certification
• Candidates must have at least three years of education (post-secondary) or on-the-job training in one or more of the following fields: machinery lubrication, engineering, mechanical maintenance, and/or maintenance trades
• Candidate must have received 16 hours of documented formal training in machinery lubrication as outlined in the MLT II Body of Knowledge (this course meets this requirement)
