Fluid analysis is one of the highest-value predictive maintenance activities that can be performed on Sullair compressors to enjoy peak performance and uptime. This is the Landing Page for all resources you need to carry out lubricant and fluid analysis in the Sullair Fluid Analysis program.

The Sullair Fluid Analysis program allows two ways to submit your samples for testing:

1. Writing Sample and Compressor information on the provided sample label.
2. Using the AssetLink Mobile Sampling App for Android and Apple devices.

There is also a desktop tool available for Sullair Distributors that is accessible in the DataSight Web Portal.

*To ensure the highest level of assurance and traceability, we recommend use of AssetLink or DataSight to link fluid samples to compressors and store sample information.

Begin linking your fluid samples to compressors by following these easy steps:

1. Download the AssetLink app from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Account Creation: for Sullair Distributors that have previously participated in this program, an account has been created for you using the primary account email address on file with Eurofins TestOil on October 2nd, 2023. This is sometimes an individual’s email, but is often a non-personalized email box such as service@sullairdistributor.com. Once the app is downloaded and installed, log in using this email address and the chosen password. If password is not known, select “Reset Password” on the login page and enter the email address. An email will be sent to this address that includes a link to a secure password creation page.
