Who is Your Lubrication Program Champion?
We always recommend that you have one person to champion your lubrication program. This person could be the person who receives test results or interprets those results. But most importantly, they're going to be the person to either carry out or delegate responses to the test results.
The program champion must be a decision-maker, leader, or manager. They should be a motivator as they are going to be driving the program and engaging others.
Your lubrication champion doesn’t need to be an oil expert. You can use your vendors, your team, and you can use us. That's our job as your oil analysis experts!
